Corrupt UN Islamofascist enabler finally shuts the hell up

This whimpering, pointless speech marked the end of the graft, corruption, and oil-for-food nepositistic back-handed double dealing of Kofi Annan, who engaged in the UN equivalent of slapping a rape victim (his approach to Israel in the aftermath of Hezbollah agression) and pick- pocketing a Salvation Army Christmas collection bucket (the oil-for-food scandal).

He should have just said "I have failed, the UN has failed, and the rulers of the corrupt governments represented here today have failed. I am sorry". If he had any honor, he would have then committed ritual sepuku. Alas, no abdominal self-slashing was forthcoming.
