Saudi Arabia demands that US President Bush refer to Islamic Fascists as "Sultans of Swing", or alternately "Victims of Zionist Agression". Rejected candidate titles included "Pre-Detonation Love Muffins of the Prophet of Allah", "Tehran Tele-tubbies", "Bagdad Butt Buddies", and "Jack Murtha".
